- 400mL Fairlee Simple Syrup 950mL
- 10 Fresh ginger slices
- 100mL Honey
- 400mL Fairlee Simple Syrup 950mL

- Strain into an Old Fashioned glass filled with fresh ice.
Ginger-Honey Syrup
- Bring to a boiling point 200mL Fairlee Simple Syrup.
- Add 5 slices ginger.
- Add 50 mL honey.
- Let stand for 2 hours.
- Strain into a jar.
- Refrigerate.
