Ginger-Honey Syrup (500mL)

  • 400mL Fairlee Simple Syrup 950mL
  • 10 Fresh ginger slices
  • 100mL Honey
  • 400mL Fairlee Simple Syrup 950mL
  • 10 Fresh ginger slices
  • 100mL Honey
  • 400mL Fairlee Simple Syrup 950mL
  • 10 Fresh ginger slices
  • 100mL Honey

  • Shake all the ingredients in a shaker with ice.
  • Strain into an Old Fashioned glass filled with fresh ice.

Ginger-Honey Syrup

  • Bring to a boiling point 200mL Fairlee Simple Syrup.
  • Add 5 slices ginger.
  • Add 50 mL honey.
  • Let stand for 2 hours.
  • Strain into a jar.
  • Refrigerate.
