- 7.5 oz Milk cream

Ginger-Honey Syrup
- 500 mL Fairlee Simple Syrup 950mL
- 10 Fresh ginger slices
- 100 mL Honey
- 500 mL Fairlee Simple Syrup 950mL
- 10 Fresh ginger slices
- 100 mL Honey
- 500 mL Fairlee Simple Syrup 950mL
- 10 Fresh ginger slices
- 100 mL Honey
- 500 mL Fairlee Simple Syrup 950mL
- 10 Fresh ginger slices
- 100 mL Honey
- Shake all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
- Strain, then pour back in the shaker without ice.
- Dry shake the mix.
- Pour into a Collins glass.
- Garnish foam with ground cinnamon.
Ginger-Honey Syrup
- Bring to a boiling point 200mL Fairlee Simple Syrup.
- Add 5 slices of ginger.
- Add 50mL honey.
- Let stand for 2 hours.
- Strain into a jar.
- Refrigerate.
