- 1 1/2 cups Fairlee Apple Juice
- 2 apples, peeled, cored and cut into quarters
- 1/4 cup Maple syrup
- 1 egg white
- 1/4 cup Sugar
Garnish
- Ground nutmeg
- Cinnamon stick
- Caramelize apples with maple syrup. Let cool and puree with apple juice.
- Whisk egg white with sugar.
- Divide apple cocktail between 2 glasses and garnish with meringue.
- Toast with a torch, if desired.
- Sprinkle with nutmeg and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
