Apple Pie Cocktail

Prepare with:

Apple

  • 1 1/2 cups Fairlee Apple Juice
  • 2 apples, peeled, cored and cut into quarters
  • 1/4 cup Maple syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • 1/4 cup Sugar

Garnish

  • Ground nutmeg
  • Cinnamon stick
  • Caramelize apples with maple syrup. Let cool and puree with apple juice.
  • Whisk egg white with sugar.
  • Divide apple cocktail between 2 glasses and garnish with meringue.
  • Toast with a torch, if desired.
  • Sprinkle with nutmeg and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
