- 10 oz Strong black tea
- 4 oz Fairlee Margarita Mix 950mL
- 2 oz Fairlee Simple Syrup 950mL
- 12 dashes Angostura bitters
- Ice
- Garnish: star anis, lemon slice
- 12.5 oz Strong black tea
- 5 oz Fairlee Margarita Mix 950mL
- 2.5 oz Fairlee Simple Syrup 950mL
- 15 dashes Angostura bitters
- Ice
- Garnish: star anis, lemon slice
- 25 oz Strong black tea
- 10 oz Fairlee Margarita Mix 950mL
- 5 oz Fairlee Simple Syrup 950mL
- 30 dashes Angostura bitters
- Ice
- Garnish: star anis, lemon slice
- Infuse 3 bags of black tea in 150mL boiling water.
- In a shaker, combine 2.5 oz infused black tea, 1 oz Fairlee Margarita Mix and 1/2 oz Fairlee Simple Syrup.
- Shake all the ingredients over ice.
- Simple strain into a glass filled with ice.
- Add 3 dashes of Angostura bitters.
- Garnish with a slice of lemon and star anise.
