- 2 cups Oasis® Smoothie Green Activ
- 2 cups packed baby spinach
- ½ cup finely diced mango
- ½ cup finely diced pineapple
- ⅓ cup unsweetened shredded coconut, toasted
- In food processor, purée Smoothie with spinach until smooth.
- Evenly divide diced mango and pineapple among 10 frozen bar molds; pour in Smoothie mixture. Stir gently with wooden skewer to distribute fruit. Sprinkle evenly with toasted coconut.
- Freeze for about 6 hours or until firm.
