- 1 lb (450g) shrimp (raw or cooked), peeled, deveined and diced
- 1 cup (250mL) Fairlee Lime juice
- 1 Cucumber, peeled and diced
- 1 Large avocado (or 2 small avocados)
- 2 Roma tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 Red onion, diced
- 1/4 Bunch cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 tsp (1mL) Black pepper, or to taste
- 1 cup (250mL) Fairlee Caesar mix
- Put chopped shrimp in a large bowl and stir in lime juice.
- Refrigerate to marinate (1 1/2 to 2 hours for raw shrimp and 15 minutes for cooked shrimp).
- Once shrimp are done marinating, stir in diced vegetables and cilantro.
- Season with black pepper, then stir in Caesar mix.
