- 4 oz Fairlee Red Cranberry Cocktail 1.89L
- 2 oz Fairlee NFC Lemon Juice 950mL
- 2 Egg whites
- 3.75 oz Amaretto liqueur
- 2.5 oz Bourbon Whisky
- 5 oz Fairlee Red Cranberry Cocktail 1.89L
- 2.5 oz Fairlee NFC Lemon Juice 950mL
- 2.5 Egg whites
- 7.5 oz Amaretto liqueur
- 5 oz Bourbon Whisky
- 10 oz Fairlee Red Cranberry Cocktail 1.89L
- 5 oz Fairlee NFC Lemon Juice 950mL
- 5 Egg whites
Garnish
- 1 tbsp Pistachio powder
- 1 tbsp Pistachio powder
- 1 tbsp Pistachio powder
- 1 tbsp Pistachio powder
- Shake all the ingredients in a shaker with ice.
- Strain and pour back in the shaker without ice.
- Dry shake the mix.
- Pour into a chilled coupette with a rim of powdered pistachio.
